Old Wounds...

"My tears may continue to fall, but my strength will continue to rise."

Just when you least expect it, old wounds open up and all the emotions that had been pushed back suddenly resurface. At that point, there really is no other choice than to sit and allow the tears to flow. But you see, with the tears comes the healing, for me at least. And one day, I know I will be all cried out...
